We're hiring a full-time General Laborer to join our excavation crew in Northwest Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and drainage projects
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform heavy lifting and general labor on construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with concrete work, retaining walls, and trenching as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliable transportation to shop
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
- Construction experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
