Job Title: Registered Nurse RN
Location: Augusta, GA, 30906
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Day Shift 7:00AM - 7:30 PM
- Conduct initial nursing assessments, health histories, risk evaluations, and routine lab studies within 2 hours of patient arrival.
- Perform routine physical exams and vital sign screenings.
- Administer and monitor medications, including injections, per physician orders.
- Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies, hospital codes, and urgent situations.
- Monitor and document patient vitals, behaviors, and care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state license).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record systems.
- BLS From AHA
