Mental Health Worker (MHW) – All Shifts Available
Location: Concord, NH
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Mental Health Workers (MHWs) to provide direct patient care in an acute psychiatric care setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Available Shifts:
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admissions, orientation, and documentation
- Monitor patient behavior and promptly report changes in condition
- Support patients with daily living activities, hygiene, and nutritional needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
- Observe and document patient behaviors, including safety concerns
- Escort and supervise patients during appointments and other activities
- Reinforce treatment goals and provide emotional support using de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred
- Previous direct patient care experience preferred
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health challenges

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
