Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Weston, FL, focused on supporting and growing ParagonMeds’ customer base in pharmaceutical distribution. This role involves responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to current and prospective customers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Associate will provide product information, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in promotions or campaigns, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with healthcare clients and internal teams.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience with outbound/inbound calls, opportunity identification, and closing transactions.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or healthcare distribution, or a willingness to learn industry products and regulations.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales management software, and solid skills in using email, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Weston, FL, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
