We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our inside sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts across the country, focusing primarily on phone-based outreach and relationship management.
As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will drive sales of pharmaceutical products by identifying opportunities, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored product solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales or account management experience (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making high volumes of sales calls daily
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- CRM experience a plus
Compensation:
$25.00/hr commission role. You have the potential to earn between $50,000 and $80,000 in your first year, depending on performance. High performers can exceed this range through uncapped commission opportunities.
