Paragon Management SNF, LLC has an opportunity for a Private/Nami Biller/Collector for their Baldwin Business Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00am -5:00pm
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Mailing monthly invoices/statements for outstanding Private/Nami
- Follow up phone calls for unpaid Invoices
- Answering phone calls in reference to invoices received
- A/R follow-up working the aging
- Collection of unpaid Invoices
- Update Billing system with corrected demographics
- Drafting letters to Residents/Families
- Determining appropriate next steps based on A/R & Aging Reports
Experience:
- Experience in Collections preferred
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence talking on the phone
- Good writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment without getting distracted
- Self-starter but able to work on a team and take direction
