The schedule is flexible, and some nights and weekends. We are looking to hire ASAP for this role. Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.

If you have excellent typing skills, are detailed oriented, and have strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding and successful career. Don’t settle for a minimum wage salary when you could earn as much as $18, $20, $25, or $30/hour! No college degree or high school diploma is required.

We will TRAIN YOU! Earn while you LEARN! Paid training @ $18/hour for the first 60 Days. Thereafter you will earn $19/hour with the opportunity for pay raises as you gain experience.

Responsibilities

• Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
• Receives and processes all paperwork from the F&I department
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Ensures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
• Assists in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork
• Provides additional administrative support as needed
• Maintains an orderly accounting system
• Maintains accounts payable/receivable
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a related financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Experienced Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in an automotive dealership
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds experience
• DMV knowledge
• Ability to separate deals
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
