The Case Manager/Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the Paragon team of experts and staff, which will include monitoring the workflow for each case, requesting and filing case materials, coordinating with administrative assistants and support staff on calendar-based action items, and various other duties. The Case Manager may be asked to assist Paragon administrative staff with other duties to facilitate Company operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the client’s needs and case objectives to ensure excellence in quality of work product and timeliness in execution.
- Request and file case material.
- Act as a liaison between Paragon staff, clients, and vendors.
- Interact with Paragon staff and external clients as needed.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and caseload.
- Phone and email correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Collect or obtain relevant case information to facilitate case workflow and to determine the most appropriate contact at Paragon.
- Communicate and collaborate with Paragon staff to provide materials and information required to complete the review of case materials.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years administrative experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Clio Customer Relationship Management software experience.
- Legal industry experience
