Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
- Proactively upsell menu items, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and strict adherence to food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with all sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
