About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Account Representative to manage and support a defined group of customer accounts . This role works closely with retail, interior design, ecommerce, group stores, and other key customers to drive orders, provide product support, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This account representative will assist in customer relations and sales for new and existing accounts.
Travel: Approximately 4–8 weeks per year to visit customers and attend trade shows
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers through phone calls, email, virtual meetings, trade shows, and showroom visits.
- Partner with customers and sales representatives to obtain orders and reorders.
- Answer product-related questions and provide accurate product information and data.
- Assist with order processing, follow-up, and resolution of customer issues.
- Travel to customer showrooms and trade shows approximately 4–8 weeks per year.
- Follow up with trade show attendees and support them in assembling orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and department goals.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with overnight and air travel.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with systems and software.
- Sales, account management, or marketing experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
