Superintendent – Apartment Onsite

We are a national leading Affordable Housing Company specializing in affordable housing industry, ranked # 1 in 2019 by AHF.

We are now hiring for an Superintendent to add to our amazing team.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the organization.
• Participate in the make-ready of vacant units.
• In charge of maintaining overall appearance and cleanliness of the community.
• Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy by performing various and as needed electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance and repairs. Make-ready also includes painting the apartment, and overall apartment cleaning or other activities, as necessary.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are organized and in proper working order, request replacements as necessary and assist in stocking the inventory.
• Be available for rotating on-call.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Drywall
• Bilingual - speaking required.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
• Must provide excellent customer service with every interaction
• Must have reliable transportation.

Must have 2 years experience.

• Get a 2 Bedroom Apartment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
