Role Description
The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting sales activities and building strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers. Daily tasks include assisting sales representatives with product demonstrations, providing technical support during surgeries, and educating medical staff on product usage and benefits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product inventory, identifying customer needs, and supporting territory growth. This is a full-time, remote role located in Sacramento, CA and will require travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with medical device sales, orthopedic products, or surgical environments is preferred
- Ability to understand complex technical details related to surgical implants and instruments
- Highly organized with the capability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using technology and tools for inventory management and presentations
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory and work flexible hours to meet customer needs
- Commitment to learning and professional growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
