Coast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and help bring innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory. This role offers structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive environment where your growth and confidence are priorities.
Territory: Greater Sacramento, Fresno, and Redding, California / Reno, Nevada
Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners.
- Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs.
- Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Complete hospital credentialing, including vaccination requirements.
Preferred
- B.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Outside B2B sales experience.
- Distribution experience.
Travel/Location
- Local travel: approximately 95%.
- Business expenses reimbursed.
- Eligible for incentives and promotional opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total estimated compensation: ~$140,000 (base commission).
