Looking to break into medical device sales and learn the business from the ground up? We’re hiring an Associate Sales Representative to join our Baltimore team. This is a hands-on, field-based role designed for motivated individuals who want real exposure to the operating room, surgeon relationships, and the day-to-day execution of a successful territory.

Training & Experience That Make This Role Stand Out
- Hands-on training in medical device sales, customer support, and territory management
- Direct mentorship from senior sales leaders and field reps
- Extensive exposure to operating room environments, clinical workflows, and surgeon interactions
- Learn to manage accounts, support procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service

What You’ll Do
- Support the Baltimore sales territory with day-to-day activities
- Assist in surgical case coverage and on-site customer support
- Help with product demonstrations, inventory management, and logistics
- Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and clinical value
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, staff, and hospital stakeholders
- Participate in training, ride-alongs, and continuous development opportunities
