Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships, manage campaign execution across channels, and ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
This role is client-facing, performance-oriented, and detail-driven. You will serve as the central point of contact between clients and internal specialists (paid ads, email, CRO, creative), ensuring strategy, execution, and reporting are aligned.
You are not just relaying messages - you are responsible for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategy
- Own day-to-day relationships for assigned eCommerce clients
- Lead onboarding, strategy alignment, and ongoing performance calls
- Translate client business goals into clear marketing action plans
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and performance risks
- Set expectations clearly and manage scope professionally
Campaign Oversight
- Oversee paid media (Meta, Google), email/SMS (Klaviyo), CRO, and landing page initiatives
- Coordinate internal team members and ensure deadlines are met
- Review campaigns, creatives, and funnels for quality and consistency
- Ensure all deliverables are on-brand and performance-driven
Reporting & Performance Accountability
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports and insights
- Explain results in a way founders actually understand
- Flag issues early and propose corrective actions
Process & Execution
- Maintain organized project management (Asana/ClickUp or similar)
- Ensure documentation, notes, and next steps are always up to date
- Help refine internal SOPs and client workflows
- Support upsells, renewals, and long-term client retention
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in digital marketing or agency account management
- Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing ecosystems
- Hands-on familiarity with:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads (strategy-level)
- Klaviyo or similar ESPs
- Shopify / WooCommerce
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Comfortable discussing performance metrics and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, responsive, and accountable

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
