What you’ll do:
- Create sales-ready opportunities
- Align products with the prospect’s objectives and pain points
- Proactively research the industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and clients
- Capture key prospective client data from your interactions, from the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
What you need to get the job done: (minimum qualifications)
- Humble, coachable, high interpersonal skills, grit, and resilience.
- Consistent desire to improve
- Cold calls stink, can you develop relationships while standing in line at the coffee shop or a crowded room?
- Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (from the janitor to the CEO)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Possess or obtain within 90 days, a MO state property/casualty insurance license
- Reside in the State of Missouri
What will make you stand out: (preferred qualifications)
- Some college credit is preferred but NOT required.
- 6 months - 2 years of sales experience
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
