Position Opening: Church Facilities Director of Operations
Part-Time (25 hours/week), Non-Exempt | Salary Range: $25,000-$32,500 annually (based on qualifications and experience)

With over 1,000 members, two Sunday services, and an expansive weekly ministry program, we seek to grow in faith, compassion, and outreach. We are currently searching for a highly organized, relationally mature, and spiritually grounded Church Facilities Director of Operations to oversee our financial administration, campus facilities, and front office operations. This pivotal role supports the day-to-day infrastructure that makes PVUMC's life and ministry possible.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating financial systems, payroll, and reporting
- Managing building maintenance and facilities scheduling
- Overseeing office systems, staff communication, and records
- Partnering with volunteers, vendors, and church leadership
- Supporting the mission and ministry of PVUMC with integrity and care
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration, facilities coordination, or office management
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise emotional intelligence
