What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Paradise Valley Resort?
Job Description:
- Assist the members and guests in paying membership fees.
- Answer calls regarding general resort information, reservations, leases, memberships, etc.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages for members.
- Check in office deliveries of supplies and restock as necessary.
- Enter membership fees in billing and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various office projects.
- Assist all delivery companies and visitors at the gate entrance and direct them where to go.
Our ideal candidate will be someone with a customer service background, as you will deal with large numbers of members and delivery companies daily and we need someone who can handle this in a polite and professional manner. We are also fast paced as our summer season picks up and need an energetic person that can keep up. Please email for more information.
