Join Our Team Paradise Unified School District is seeking a caring and dependable Instructional Aide to support students with diverse learning needs at Paradise Jr. High School, starting in the 2026–2027 school year This position works closely with the certificated teachers to help students succeed academically, build confidence, and develop important learning skills in a supportive school environment. If you enjoy working with students and making a meaningful difference each day, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide small group and individual instructional support to students receiving Resource Specialist services. Assist the teacher in reinforcing lessons and helping students stay engaged in learning. Support students with academic tasks, organization, and classroom activities. Help maintain a positive, supportive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student success. Assist with preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization. Qualifications Experience working with children or students preferred. Ability to work patiently and effectively with students with diverse learning needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
