Elementary Music Teacher (Prop 28 Funded) 1.0 2026–2027 School Year Paradise Unified School District is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Elementary Music Teacher to bring the joy of music to our students. This position is funded through California Proposition 28 – Arts and Music in Schools Funding, expanding access to arts education and creative expression for all students. The Elementary Music Teacher will provide engaging, standards-based music instruction that builds foundational musical skills while fostering creativity, collaboration, and confidence in young learners. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging music instruction aligned with the California Arts Standards (Music). Teach foundational music concepts including rhythm, melody, movement, listening, singing, and basic notation. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity. Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners. Assess student progress and provide feedback on musical growth and participation. Collaborate with administrators and classroom teachers to support student success. Credential: Valid State of California Credential ~ Single Subject Music
