Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with attention to quality and consistency
• Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate techniques and equipment, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation
• Follow established recipes and menu specifications while adding creative touches when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients for efficient service
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders efficiently and accurately
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to uphold safety regulations

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is mandatory, especially in pizza or casual dining settings
• Culinary experience with a focus on pizza preparation, cooking techniques, and ingredient handling is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen sanitation procedures is essential
• Familiarity with menu planning, food presentation, and fine dining standards will be advantageous
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation contribute to efficient kitchen operations
• Experience in catering or large-scale food production can be beneficial but is not required
• A positive attitude combined with excellent teamwork skills will help you succeed in this energetic role

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
