Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community associations. Experience preferred will train. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication and conflict management abilities to foster positive relationships with residents, board members, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of community associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
- Oversee property maintenance, including coordinating repairs and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records, including data entry, filing, and documentation related to property management activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between residents, board members, and management through regular meetings and updates.
- Handle conflict resolution and address resident concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and contracts for board review and approval.
- Utilize property management software such as Enumerate for administrative tasks and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Proficient in conflict management and negotiation techniques.
- Experience with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office management.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
