Paradise for Pets is looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our small staff at our outdoor dog daycare and boarding facility!
If you’d rather spend your day playing with dogs than sitting at a desk — and you don’t mind getting a little muddy — this could be the perfect fit.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is reliable and shows up on time
- Is comfortable working outdoors year-round-You WILL get dirty
- Has strong work ethic and doesn’t shy away from physical labor
- Loves dogs but understands safety and structure come first
- Works well on a small team
- Can handle heavy cleaning and sanitation tasks
Professional dog experience is a plus — but attitude, responsibility, and work ethic matter most.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and actively engaging with dog playgroups
- Monitoring dog behavior and maintaining a safe environment
- Heavy cleaning duties (kennels, yards, water buckets, waste removal, etc.)
- Lifting 40 lbs as needed
- Assisting with feeding and general care routines
- Maintaining a clean, organized outdoor space

This position is hands-on, physical, and fast-paced. You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift.
Hours available are flexible, but do require weekend and holiday availability. 16-20 hours/week are needed, more is available for the right fit.
