Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Team Member to join our logistics operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements during shipping processes
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimizing shipping routes for efficiency
• Manage stock levels by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies
• Support order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms and retail clients
• Assist in packaging products securely to prevent damage during transit
• Follow safety protocols during all warehouse operations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping logistics, and warehouse distribution practices
• Familiarity with data entry tools such as Microsoft Office suite and RF scanners
• Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and calculating shipment dimensions or quantities
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
• Understanding of trade compliance and international trade regulations related to shipping activities
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking & packing, stocking, and load & unload procedures
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment
