What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Remodeling Project Manager position at Paradise Builders?
Paradise Builders seeks a full-time Residential Remodeling Project Manager to help with our daily operations of new construction and remodeling projects. This would include new job set up, on-going project management, estimating, and project close-outs and managing other employees.
If you are accomplished and understand residential construction including additions, kitchens, basements, bathroom etc. If you like doing construction and you would like to run the crews, this is the job for you.
The Project Manager position will be responsible for making sure the lead carpenters are doing their job. You will be responsible for daily calling and communication with sub-contractors regarding our projects, updating project bid lists, and ongoing maintenance of our sub-contractor master database. In addition, this position will be in charge of all jobs that need to be completed by the due date and on budget.
Candidates should be organized, accurate, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Candidates should be skilled with Word, Excel, and G-mail.
Prior residential construction experience is required. Job-site field experience is a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
