About The Role
As the Project Manager reporting to the COO and Leadership Team, you will ensure our residential renovations are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the COO, Disposition Manager, and contractors to execute successful projects aligned with resale expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation: 65,000 - 80,000 yearly

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop detailed scopes of work, oversee active renovations from start to finish, conduct weekly property inspections, and fully utilize Buildertrend to manage timelines and tasks.
- Contractors & Materials: Source bids, collect required contractor documentation, purchase materials within budget, approve work quality prior to payment, and ensure lien waivers are signed.
- Reporting: Submit daily and weekly progress updates to leadership, track actual versus projected costs, and manage purchase orders.
