They are looking for a Communications Specialist with a sharp eye for design to oversee brand and visual communications needs across teams. This person will work closely with the team leads to demystify the organization’s role in assuring security within today’s financial systems. The Communications Specialist will work closely with the C-suite to translate complex subject matter through executive presentation materials, collateral, website, newsletters, etc.

Duties
- Refine and maintain communication channels and tactics to ensure members’ and employees’ awareness of company news, activities, and events
- Create informative newsletters and other materials useful for the organization's members and employees
- Support planning and execution of events as needed
- Ensure the website remains up-to-date and contribute to modernization efforts
- Manage ad hoc speaking opportunities for members of the leadership team
- Develop and maintain collateral and external presentations
- Coordinate with senior leadership team to develop presentation and related materials for board meetings
- Coordinate with graphic design firm to produce collateral as necessary
- Maintain Style Guide and slide templates and ensure correct branding of all products
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively engage with team members at all levels and across departments
- External and internal communications experience
- Experience in design of digital materials is preferred
- Experience creating executive-level presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Fast learner who is flexible and adaptable
- Diplomacy, tact, and discretion
Salary : $70,000 - $105,000
