\n- Full-time Insurance Billing Speciliast
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Full Time
- Demonstrate commitment to the Paradigm Health mission, vision and core values
- through your daily job performance.
- Process all Medicare Hospice Notices (NOE/NOTR) promptly and follow up to confirm acceptance
- within the required timeline.
- Collaborate with the Intake team to verify patient benefits and consents, addressing potential
- issues prior to admission.
- Assist with audit of daily admissions and discharges.
- Daily completion of Medicare billing audit and claims submission processes,
- ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with CMS requirements.
- Monitor and reconcile Medicare hospice claims daily; troubleshoot rejections,
- make timely corrections, and resolve issues to prevent payment delays.

- • Medical Billing experience is required
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- • Flexible, organized, and exercises sound judgment.
- • Meticulous attention to detail, claims accuracy, and compliance.
- • Excellent time-management.
- • 2–3 years Medicare hospice billing experience strongly preferred.
- • Associate’s degree, healthcare billing certification, or equivalent hospice billing experience
- preferred.
