KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design Leadership: Lead design development and documentation; maintain design integrity while ensuring technical accuracy.
· Project Coordination: Work closely with PMs to manage project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.
· Technical Execution: Develop and oversee construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD; ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards.
· Mentorship: Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.
· Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and communicate design intent and progress effectively.
· Construction Administration: Support during CA phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Architect with 5 years' experience or
- 8 /- years of related experience required.
- Proficient in Revit required.
- AutoCAD a plus but not required.
- LEED Accreditation is desirable.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver license along with a driving record acceptable to Paradigm Design's insurance provider.
