Position Summary
As a bartender, you will deliver first-class experiences by preparing top-quality beverages
and providing friendly and accurate service. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and look for
opportunities to enhance their experience. You’ll follow recipes precisely, maintain a clean
and organized bar, and handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll also
follow alcohol awareness procedures and respond appropriately to guest concerns.
Responsibilities
• Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest, peer, and business partner
• Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and suggest additional items
• Mix beverages to exact recipe specifications
• Accurately process transactions through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
• Respond professionally to guest concerns
Qualifications
• Extensive beverage knowledge and mixology skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
