Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages to exact recipe standards
- Greet guests, take orders, and suggest additional items
- Accurately process transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
- Respond professionally to guest concerns
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
- Lead by example and support bar staff during service
- Assist with training, shift transitions, and team communication
- Uphold First Class Service standards with guests, peers, and business partners
- Minimum 2 years of Bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting
- Extensive beverage knowledge and mixology skills
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
