The General Manager leads all aspects of Smoke Shack operations, ensuring authentic food quality, exceptional hospitality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. This role is responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating team members while overseeing staffing, scheduling, inventory management, cost controls, and compliance with food safety and company standards. Working closely with restaurant leadership, the General Manager drives business performance, maintains brand integrity, and delivers a memorable dining experience for travelers seeking great barbecue and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional food quality, hospitality, and guest experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and manage team performance to build a strong and engaged workforce.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and execution of Smoke Shack standards.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory levels, purchasing, and waste controls to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready environment at all times.
