What Your Day Will Look Like
- Recruit and train staff to deliver outstanding service to patrons.
- Create and manage employee schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Enforce quality and safety controls.
- Collaborate with the CI events team to plan and execute promotional events.
- Mediate and defuse tense situations to prevent safety or legal issues.
- Foster a culture of accountability to company standard operating procedures.
- Implement and maintain quality and safety controls.
- Analyze data to develop strategic action plans.
- Develop innovative and unique menu features.
- 5 years of prior experience in bar management or hospitality.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Understanding of business management and accounting principles.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items
- Ability to move around the store and maneuver merchandise when necessary
- Walking and standing
- Requires moving around the store to assist customers
- Identifying and reading reports
