Position Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

• Craft Delicious Beverages:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages with care and precision.
• Keep up with the latest coffee trends to wow our guests.
• Serve Tasty Food Items:
• Create and serve delicious food items that meet our high standards.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
• Engage with customers warmly and enthusiastically.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
• Handle transactions quickly and correctly.
• Maintain a Welcoming Environment:
• Keep the coffee bar and food prep areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Refill supplies and make sure everything is stocked and ready.
• Work as a Team:
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations.
• Help out with other tasks as needed to keep things running seamlessly.
• Stay Knowledgeable:
• Learn about our menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
