Director of Sales & Market Expansion

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Director of Sales & Market Expansion to lead our growth strategy across our multi-state territory. This is a newly created leadership role designed to build and manage our growth channel. The right candidate will drive customer acquisition, improve retention, strengthen territory density, and ensure that sales expansion aligns with operational capacity and margin discipline.

This position sits on the Executive Leadership Team and will directly influence revenue strategy, compensation structure, and market prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-state growth strategy
 • Drive disciplined customer acquisition with a strong focus on margin per gallon
 • Improve territory density to enhance route efficiency and profitability
 • Lead and develop inside and outside sales teams
 • Establish clear performance metrics, pipeline accountability, and forecasting accuracy
 • Utilize CRM and analytics to guide decision-making and track performance

What We Are Looking For

• 10 plus years of sales leadership experience
 • Proven success managing multi-state or regional sales teams
 • Experience in residential, route-based, energy, HVAC, fuel oil, pest control, or similar industries
 • Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and margin management
 • Demonstrated ability to build structure, accountability, and disciplined execution
 • Comfortable operating both in the field and at the executive level
