Customer Experience Agent

We seek a highly organized team player to join a first-rate team of Service Representatives handling our Northeast customers! We want to talk with you if you have at least one year of customer service or related experience! Our Service Reps support the Service team and ensure that they provide optimal support to all customers promptly. In addition, the Service Rep is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone to schedule appointments and address and resolve customer issues by assessing the situation and determining the best course of action for our logistics and service teams. This role reports to the Service Supervisor.
