In this role, you will be an integral part of the PAR Sales team. The Sales Engineer will work closely with our Growth and Enterprise Account teams to ensure that PAR’s line of products is being best positioned for successful deployment. In conjunction with assigned Sales Executives, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting remote and in-person product demonstrations, articulating the technical value of PAR Products, and ensuring successful Proof of Concepts to beat the competition.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous history of successful restaurant operations with restaurant software experience
- 3 years’ experience in technical solutions sales or onboarding/implementation to enterprise brands
- Demonstrated ability to present technically complex solutions to key stakeholders
- Experience working with POS and restaurant management software preferred
- High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent project management instincts
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to commit and execute on deadlines
- Strong consultative and technical solutioning mindset
- Professionalism and customer-facing presence
- Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Deliver compelling product vision and user experience to prospects
- Educate prospects on the business value of PAR’s offerings
- Lead tailored demonstrations that address client-specific needs
- Qualify leads and schedule software demos
- Design and manage custom proof of concept demonstrations
- Map customer requirements to current/future offerings
- Provide consultative insight on best practices during evaluations
- Act as a Technical Account Manager throughout trials and pilots
- Own technical configuration and solutioning
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving technology
