By maintaining an extensive network of talent and serving as a trusted advisor, you will help position our organization as a leader in the competitive talent market
Your ability to learn the technical speak and represent our organization's employer brand positively makes the sell even easier, as you are the face and first impression among candidates, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. When it comes to the art vs. science of recruiting, your ability to leverage various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source and attract top talent will be key. With a keen eye for detail, you can meticulously read between the lines on candidate profiles and resumes to identify and screen not just technical qualifications, but also cultural fit.
As a project engineering organization, details and process are what you do and your ability to juggle and adapt to changing needs helps you manage the full cycle recruiting process like a well-oiled project. From sourcing and screening to coordinating the interview process, you seamlessly deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates along the way. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, or related field. Relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement.
- 2-4 years of recruiting/sourcing experience and/or human resources experience.
- Minimum 2 year full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Experience with campus recruiting for early career and internship hiring a plus.
- Proficiency with internet search tools and sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Manufacturing and Engineering recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to provide coaching and feedback to hiring managers on recruiting best practices.

Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $70,000-90,000 annually.
