Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Train and direct employees to meet daily expectations in areas such as cash control, cleanliness, organization, food preparation, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate handling of company assets, including cash over/shorts, inventory shrink, profitability of the store, labor costs, and guest service.
- Support the Store Manager with cost food inventories and ordering product as assigned.
- Maintain stock on product and supplies needed by keeping inventory control current and planning timely orders.
- Ensure a clean and attractive store inside and out by completing all tasks assigned on the shift duty checklist.
- Actively enforce and maintain all safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
