Fabricator/Welder/Machinist

Par Aide Products Co., established in 1955, is the world-wide market leader of high-quality golf course accessory products and tools. Located in White Bear Township, MN, the company sells its products through distributors to golf courses throughout the world.

Our company is looking to fill a multi-dimensional Fabricator-Welder-Machinist role at Par Aide, with a candidate who enjoys a variety of different projects and likes to produce the highest quality products for the golf industry. Responsibilities would include:

• Properly read and interpret engineering drawings
• Set-up and operate tools associated with metal fabrication and welding such as Mig Welder, Cold Saw, Drill Press, Belt and Disk Sanders, Mill, Lathe, Tube Bender, and associated power hand tools
• On site training to help with CNC Swiss and Table Router setup operations
• Knowledge of WinCNC and Vcarve Pro a plus
• General light assembly work
• Troubleshooting and improving processes
• Reporting job production
• Work with others to complete deadlines as a team member and is self-motivated to work with minimal supervision as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Preferences:

· 1-3 years of general manufacturing experience a plus

· Experience with CNC machines and table routers a plus

· Welding experience

· Requires a strong focus on precision and a commitment to excellence and quality

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple different projects

Physical Requirements:

· Standing up to an entire day, and frequent walking through the warehouse

· Lifting up to 50 lbs. is required on an occasional basis, and lifting up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis is required

· Additionally, stacking and lifting cartons on pallets up to 72 inches high is also required

· Pushing full pallets of material weighing up to 1,000 lbs. with the use of a pallet jack is required

· Individuals must not have allergies to epoxies, glues or related chemical materials
