Pay and Benefits for Joining the Papas Team as a Landscape Construction/Facilities Landscape Technician:

Responsibilities and Physical Requirements for a Landscape Construction/Facilities Landscape Technician:
- Must enjoy working and managing a team while also taking independent initiative
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus
- Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish)
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, stoop, and work in a variety of physical conditions
- Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to use, maintain, and safely operate landscape equipment
- Know or be willing to learn common plant names, insect and disease identification, and selective pruning techniques
- Knowledge of landscape construction methods including tree, stone/paver, landscape bed installations.
- Basic irrigation knowledge is a plus
- 5 years landscape industry experience.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
- Posses a valid driver’s license
