What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Operatory Support Personnel position at Pappas Orthodontics?
Community - focused Orthodontic office looking for an Operatory Support Personnel who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and patient relationships. An excellent orthodontic team player has good communication skills and and is responsible for providing a positive and professional orthodontic experience for all patients and team members. Ideal candidate is an organized, dependable, responsible team player with a can-do attitude! We have two offices, one in Gloucester and one in Yorktown.
**No experience necessary - willing to train the right person!**
Responsibilities include:
- Meet/greet patients warmly and seating patients promptly
- Cleaning patient stations
- Equipment sterilization
- Supporting Orthodontic Assistants with patient appointments
- Take clinical photos
- Help with office organization
- Take X-Rays
- Be willing to learn both clinical and some administrative aspects of the orthodontic office
M-TH with potential Friday hours if desired, although not necessary. Dental experience not required - willing to train the right person!
