We’re looking for a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing performance, enhance safety, and drive efficiency across our paperboard operations. You’ll optimize existing processes, introduce new technologies, and support day‑to‑day production success.

- Improve and design manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Evaluate equipment performance and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality tests and inspections to ensure product reliability
- Troubleshoot operational issues and drive root‑cause solutions
- Integrate new technologies and sustainability practices into production
- Lead and support department personnel while maintaining strong union/management relationships
- Promote safety and enforce plant policies, including OSHA compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical training
- 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process‑focused role
- Paper mill experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, quality control, and process optimization
