Paper & Flowers is a couture-level experiential design studio specializing in immersive, large-scale floral installations for global luxury brands like Dior, Valentino, Netflix, and more. Our work is bold, memorable, and meticulously handcrafted — and now, we’re looking for someone just as bold to sell it.
This isn’t a passive account management role. We’re looking for a true Sales Hunter — someone who thrives on the chase, isn't afraid of cold outreach, and knows how to confidently land meetings with top-tier marketing teams, retail decision-makers, and event producers.
Your Mission- 80% New Business Development
- Research, identify, and actively reach out to luxury brands, event planners, PR firms, retail marketing teams, hotels, and agencies.Book discovery calls, studio visits, and meetings — both remote and in-person.Follow up persistently and professionally until the door opens.
- 20% Warm Leads & PipelineNurture incoming leads and re-engage dormant contacts in our database.Support the team in turning opportunities into signed deals.

Who You Are
- A strong, confident, and proactive closer — with 3 years of experience in B2B sales, luxury, or event-related industries.
- Results-driven: you don’t wait for leads — you create them.
- Independent and disciplined: you don’t need micromanagement or reminders.
- Clear communicator: fluent in English, professional on email, confident on Zoom and phone calls.
- Comfortable working in person full-time from our Jersey City office.
Compensation Structure
We believe in rewarding results — and helping our team grow into six-figure earners as they scale with us.
- Base Salary: $25,000–$35,000/year (depending on experience)
- Commission: 5–15% on all closed sales
- 5% for deals under $10,000
- 10% for deals $10,000–$30,000
- 15% for deals above $30,000
- Bonus Accelerator: Quarterly bonuses starting at $1,500 for hitting stretch goals, with growth potential as you close bigger accounts.
- Growth Path: Increase base and commission percentage after 6 and 18 months based on performance.
- Average monthly earnings $6,000-10,000 for the right person who’s putting in the work

Work Location
- Full-time, in person at our Jersey City studio (2 stops from Manhattan on the PATH train)
