Position Overview
The Executive Operations Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, driving alignment, accountability, and execution across key business priorities. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating strategic initiatives, improving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring that the company’s growth goals are achieved efficiently and cohesively. This is a highly visible position for a proactive, business-minded leader with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Location: New Jersey (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with executive leadership to develop, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives and cross-functional priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and department leaders to ensure clarity of communication, timely follow-up, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage key projects and strategic reviews, tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective leadership meetings - driving agendas, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Evaluate and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Support executive decision-making by gathering data, performing analyses, and providing insights that influence strategic direction.
- Act as an internal integrator - helping coordinate priorities across departments such as operations, finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Min. 7-8 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, business strategy, or a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on execution and measurable results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity

Offering:
- Base Salary $90,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
