Position: In-Home Caregiver (Experience Preferred, Not Required)
Location: Big Rapids, MI And the Surrounding 30 mile radius of home address.
Starting Rate: $15/hour | CNA: $17/hour | Opportunities for growth
Schedule: Part-time and full-time shifts available (days, evenings, weekends)
About the Role
As a Compassionate Care Pro, you’ll provide essential, respectful, and reliable care to clients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and personal care—ensuring they live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Physical ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed
