About the Role

Join the team at Papa John's Pizza #1931 as a Shift Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your assigned shifts, supervising team members, and ensuring the store consistently meets its performance goals. We are looking for leaders who can maintain high standards of quality and service while fostering a positive work environment. This position is available for both Full-time and Part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Lead and oversee team members, providing guidance and support throughout the shift.
• Monitor and maintain store goals, including food quality and service speed.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and safety standards consistently.
• Assist in training new employees and developing the skills of the current team.
