We are looking for a leader who can manage labor, handle the rush with ease, and ensure every customer receives a high-quality experience. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates who are ready to step up and lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire shift, ensuring all operations meet Papa John's standards.
• Oversee labor and other key performance metrics to keep the business on track.
• Ensure "9 or better" quality for every pizza that goes out the door.
• Execute "aces in their places" strategy to manage the rush effectively.
• Lead dough management processes to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Delegate tasks and motivate the crew to maintain high energy and productivity.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Lead at Papa John's is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong delegation skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Proven track record of managing labor numbers and food quality.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for product and service.
