RECEPTIONIST:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Answering phones and routing/directing all calls to appropriate departments and personnel
• Take and deliver phone messages.
• Greet in person customers/visitors
• Take customer payments (check, credit cards).
• Assist in all AR/AP invoices, inquiries and coding for region.
• Aid all departments with correspondence, filing, ordering office supplies, merchandise and daily mail collection & distribution.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
  
  

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Compensation: $19-26/hr (Depending on Experience)
