In the Systems Support I role, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and updating of PC software and hardware as well as managing inventory. Every day, you will be seen as a go-to member on the support team to assist members both through a ticketing system and over the phone with troubleshooting and solving their PC problems.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Good understanding of PC hardware, software and networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.
- Good communication skills with the capacity to interact successfully with a broad user-base.
