Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Construction Project Manager based in South Bend, IN. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality standards, and resolving any project challenges. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Experience in Project Coordination and general Project Management
- Strong skills in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Expertise in the use of Procore project management software
- Comprehensive understanding of safety and quality standards in construction
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
